Happy Wedding Wednesday, flower family! Wedding season is in full swing all over the country. We enjoy this time of year for a whole bunch of reasons (not the least of which is working with other fantastic vendors), but the best part has to be helping a bride see her vision through from start to finish. It's such a privilege to be able to help make this special day everything she's always dreamed of!
Today we are going behind the scenes of one of our favorite weddings, Hayley + TJ, who got married at Haywood Hall in Raleigh, NC. We want to thank Forage + Film in advance for sharing these incredible photos with us - the beauty of this day was captured perfectly!
The designer for this wedding was our very own Diane Reiman, who we interviewed to walk us threw her design process for this dreamy spring wedding. She tells us that during the consultation, Hayley was such a pleasure to work with. For herself and her bridesmaids, Hayley was looking for soft, boho bouquets in light colors.
"She just liked the Boho look and wanted soft pink and cream. Although at one point she was looking at adding succulents. I had been ordering the garden roses for other weddings and they were so beautiful. I knew she would be happy with the flowers I was thinking it just "matched" her personality. The added touch of the light eucalyptus.... Mwah!"
When considering the colors for these lovely blooms, Diane also took into consideration the hue of the bridesmaids' dresses. "I knew the greenery would be great against them, and would look great in her photos," Diane remembers. It's something every bride should ask herself: how will these flowers photograph? It really pays off, as these photos show!
At Fallon's Flowers, we also offer a wholesale option, so Hayley purchased the centerpiece product wholesale to stay within her budget. We love the way it turned out! The whole wedding was so romantic and dreamy from start to finish.
"I'm really glad we could help her get the flowers she really wanted. Her bouquet was fun to design and in the end she was a very happy bride. To me those flowers in that style scream romance!"
Talk about some stunning spring wedding inspiration for all those 2017 brides out there! We were so thankful to be a part of Haley and TJ's day and wish them all the best!
Always thinking flowers,
P.S. Shoutout to the other amazing vendors from this wedding: Happily Ever After Events, Michelle Clark Makeup Artist, Cook Shack Catering, and On the Rocks Bartending. We love our Raleigh vendors!
